1. Production Times

Each SAN DUKHAR piece is handcrafted to order. Ready-to-wear pieces typically require 4–6 weeks of production; bespoke commissions may take longer depending on complexity. Your estimated timeline is confirmed at checkout and by our concierge team.

2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our Istanbul atelier. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country's customs authority.

3. Order Tracking
